Dear Scout Shop,
We were disappointed with the serve lack of information provided by the staff. They had no answers for the vast majority of our questions and those that were answered were ambiguous. On one of the most expensive items in the shop we hoped for some level of knowledge but this was not the case.
We have been buying Icelandic tents for decades. The quality and content has varied dramatically over the years so our cautious approach was entirely justified.
