In-store collections

You will receive an email/text to notify you once your order is ready for collection.  Orders will be held for 7 working days after initial contact. If a customer has not made contact with us after this timeframe, we can not guarantee the parcel will be ready upon late arrival. 

Delivery

Within Ireland & Northern Ireland:
 
We Charge €7 postage for any parcel being delivered to Ireland & Northern Ireland. We use An Post courier service to deliver our parcels. Orders are shipped Monday-Friday for delivery during business hours. Please note that we cannot specify delivery times, deliveries can be made any time between 9am and 6pm, Monday to Friday. You will be provided with a tracking number upon request. 
*Please Note: Some items have a delivery surcharge because of their weight/size. This delivery surcharge can be up to €60. 
 
Orders will be dispatched within 72 hours and will be delivered within 96 hours, but this can vary depending on items ordered, busy periods etc. Please note that some items may have a Long Delivery associated with them, which can take up to 14 working days, so please always check the Delivery section on the item you are ordering. 
 
 
Within the Great Britain:
 
We charge €19 postage for any orders to Great Britain. We use Parcel Connect to deliver our parcels to the UK. Orders are shipped Monday-Friday for delivery during business hours. Please note that we cannot specify delivery times, deliveries can be made any time between 9am and 6pm, Monday to Friday. You will be provided with a tracking number upon request. 
*Please Note: some items have a delivery surcharge as they must be sent via pallet because of their weight/size. This delivery surcharge can be up to €60.

Please note that we cannot specify delivery times. Deliveries can be made any time between 9am and 6pm, Monday to Friday. If your parcel is small enough, then it will be put through your letterbox. You will be provided with a tracking number upon request.

Orders will be dispatched within 72 hours, but may take up to 14 days for delivery. Please note that some items may have a Long Delivery associated with them, which can take up to 28 working days, so please always check the Delivery section on the item you are ordering. 
 
 
Rest of World:
 
We charge €31 postage for any orders to any countries outside Europe. We use An Post to deliver our parcels all over the world. Orders are shipped Monday-Friday for delivery during business hours. Please note that we cannot specify delivery times. Deliveries can be made any time between 9am and 6pm, Monday to Friday. If your parcel is small enough, then it will be put through your letterbox. You will be provided with a tracking number upon request.

Orders will be dispatched within 72 hours, but may take up to 21 days for delivery. Please note that some items may have a Long Delivery associated with them, which can take up to 36 working days, so please always check the Delivery section on the item you are ordering. 
 
 
*Please Note:We reserve the right to change these conditions due to unforeseen circumstances or if an item has run out of stock and has to be specially ordered in. We will keep you posted of any changes to the best of our ability.
 
**Please Note:Inclusion of any product on our website is not a guarantee of it being in stock at the time of ordering. Items discontinued by manufacturers or that are no longer available that season we endeavour to remove from our website as quickly as possible, but remember, we are only human after all.

Returns Policy
 Returning orders to us is simple and easy. Whatever your reason, we offer a refund or exchange within 28 days of delivery or collection. Unless faulty, items returned must be returned in their original packaging, unused, and in a resalable condition.
 
You can use one of our two returns methods below:
 
Instore:
All items purchased online or instore can be returned to any of our Scout Shops. Just take the goods you want to return, along with the receipt for the goods, and the store team will be happy to assist you. If you paid using a credit or debit card, please make sure you have this same card with you, so that we can process the refund. If you paid using PayPal or Card (online orders), we will notify our returns team and they will process the refund or exchange from our warehouse location.
 
By Post:
You can make your own arrangement through any postal carrier. We recommend you use a service that can provide proof of postage as the items remain your responsibility until we physically receive your parcel back to one of our locations.

Please include either our returns form or a note in any return parcel including your name and phone number. 
 
Returns:
All order can be returned via posting directly to our head office in Bray or by going into any of our physical stores for a direct refund or exchange for a new product.  
**Please Note: Unless faulty, items returned must be returned in their original packaging, unused, and in a resalable condition. Used faulty goods must be returned in clean condition to be accepted for a refund. This is to ensure the health and safety of the team handling returns. This does not affect your statutory rights.
