Pack & Wrap Sales Assistant (Bray, Wicklow)
 
We are looking for an enthusiastic, hard-working person with a passion for the outdoors to join our online team full-time.
Your Role:
You will join our growing onlines team and be responsible for providing assistance in online sales and warehouse operations, from customer orders to product shipment. You will also assist customers with friendly, helpful and professional assistance in all areas of our online store. This will be achieved through our online customer chat, email and phone service. The ideal candidate is an organised go-getter, that can multitask well, has a keen interest in the outdoors and is available to work weekdays and some weekend hours.
Responsibilities:
· Daily warehouse operations
· Providing customers with advice on products & tracking information
· Assisting in goods inwards & outwards
· Answering online chat, emails & phone calls
· Assist instore sales where needed
· Packing and wrapping orders
Job Type:
· Full-time 9am – 5pm
· 5 days a week
· Some weekend shifts
Experience:
· 1-year experience in retail (preferred)
· Experience in customer care
· Previous warehouse experience (Bonus)
Language:
· Due to the nature of the job a high level of English is required.

Branch Manager (Dublin City)

Managing and overseeing branch employees, supervising, and managing operations and ensuring efficient operation on a day-to-day basis. Improving productivity and develop and further grow branch activities to maximise results and achieve peak performance levels.

Branch Manager Job Duties:

Organising and monitoring training programs for staff

Evaluating employee performance and providing feedback and mentoring as needed

Recognising employee achievements and encouraging excellence in the work environment

Developing and implementing sales plans that work towards set targets and goals

Conducting regular sales and operations meetings

Briefing employees on current sales goals, promotions, and other relevant information

Work with marketing on activities and events for the branch

Interacting with customers on a regular basis to ensure satisfaction and gain useful feedback

Resolving customer problems and developing positive relationships

Complying with all applicable laws, regulations, policies and procedures

Analysing market conditions and trends and identifying opportunities

Develop forecasts and business plans

Managing budgets, allocating branch funds, and defining financial objectives

Coordinating with other branches to share knowledge, manage and control stock, and achieve goals

Adhering to high ethical and professional standards
