Online Marketing Manager

We are looking for someone with a keen interest in Digital Marketing, E-commerce, and hopefully a love for the outdoors.

Our online store is growing rapidly and we need someone who can keep up with the ever-changing online world and direct our online & retail stores towards continual growth.


Roles and responsibilities:

  • Liaise with the Web Development team to constantly improve our online experience
  • Manage content creation calendars, plan promotions etc.
  • Manage Ad Spend, Marketing Budgets
  • Liaise with 3rd Party Social Media agency and plan content
  • Create social media content and manage engagements
  • Manage email marketing lists
  • Manage website content, stock and promotions
  • Respond to 2nd tier customer service queries
  • Manage online orders and admin staff


  • Digital Marketing degree or equivalent
  • Basic design skills and a keen interest to improve (preferred)

Shop Floor Assistant


Main purpose of the role:
Merchandise, rotate and face off all stock in the assigned department and to advise customers on the right clothing and equipment for their next outdoor adventure.


The ideal candidate will have/be:
  • Excellent communication skills;
  • Strong attention to detail, organised and flexible;
  • Ability to use own initiative and work as part of a team;

Candidate must be fully flexible to work weekdays and weekends.

Main duties:
  • Merchandise and present the entire store to the highest standard at all times;
  • Process orders for various departments;
  • Liaise with the Store Manager on changes to layouts, ends and sides and ensure changes are correctly implemented;
  • Implement correct labelling and stock rotation procedures;
  • Ensure deliveries are checked off in line with goods inwards procedures.
  • Keep the back-store tidy and packed away.
